1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Subscriber") and IX PACE. By accessing or using our websites, APIs, or autonomous generation tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services & 7-Day Free Trial

IX PACE provides autonomous AI-powered landing page synthesis, multi-tenant e-commerce storefronts, lead capture funnels, and accounting management.

Automatic 7-Day Free Trial: All new registered users receive an all-access 7-day trial unlocking all business modalities without upfront commitment.
Friendly Budget Tiers: Following the trial, users may continue on budget plans ($9/mo Starter, $29/mo Pro, $59/mo Enterprise). You may cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time.

3. Code & Intellectual Property Ownership

We believe in true ownership:

Your Assets: You own all text copy, branding, domain mappings, products, invoices, and customer leads generated within your account.
Platform Infrastructure: The underlying algorithms, Autonomous Sentinel code, and proprietary generative engines remain the exclusive intellectual property of IX PACE.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use IX PACE or any synthesized website for:

Disseminating malware, phishing campaigns, deceptive schemes, or unauthorized spyware.
Attempting to bypass our Autonomous Security Shield, probe for vulnerabilities, or launch unauthorized DDoS attacks.
Publishing defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content in violation of local or international laws.

5. Payouts, Income & PayPal Disclosures

Earnings generated through passive monetization features (algorithmic trading bot, DePIN bandwidth relays, DeFi staking, or digital royalties) are transferred to your designated PayPal account.

Transfers are subject to standard payment processor network verification and fees.
Users are solely responsible for local tax reporting and statutory compliance associated with their income.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IX PACE provides all software and services "as is" and "as available". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network disruptions, or market fluctuations.

7. Termination & Account Cancellation

You may delete your account or terminate your subscription at any time via your Client Portal or by contacting support. Upon termination, your active sites will be gracefully transitioned and personal records erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Contact
